DMCA Policy

This is the most important thing to understand before sending a notice: KRITVOX tools run entirely in your browser. We do not receive, upload, host, index, cache or share the files our visitors process. There is no user-uploaded library on our servers for us to remove, and we cannot identify or produce a file someone processed with a KRITVOX tool.

If you have found your copyrighted work published on another website, the notice must go to that website's host or operator — not to us.

We will review and act on notices concerning material we do publish on the KRITVOX website itself, such as page copy, illustrations, icons, sample or example content shown inside a tool, screenshots, or branding you believe infringes your rights.

Send your notice to support@kritvox.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), it should include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The exact URL on kritvox.com and a description of the specific material you want removed.
3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge complete notices within a few business days. Where a claim is valid we will remove or disable access to the material promptly. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification before we can act.

If material of yours was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or the use was authorised, you may send a counter-notice to support@kritvox.com identifying the material, stating under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that it was removed in error, and consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

Knowingly filing a materially false notice can carry legal liability, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please be sure of your rights before submitting.
