KRITVOX requires no registration. Simply opening and using a tool constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

You agree not to:

• Use KRITVOX for any unlawful purpose or to process content you have no right to use.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer for redistribution, scrape at scale or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Remove or obscure KRITVOX branding when redistributing or embedding our pages.
• Use the tools to bypass technical protection measures, including removing passwords from documents you are not authorised to access.

KRITVOX processes files on your device, so we never receive, store or acquire any rights in your documents, images or text. You remain fully responsible for the content you process and for holding the necessary rights and permissions to do so. See our Copyright Policy for detail.

The KRITVOX name, logo, design system, page copy, tool interfaces and underlying source code are owned by KRITVOX and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. You may use the tools freely for personal and commercial work; you may not clone, rebrand or resell the platform itself.

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that conversions preserve formatting perfectly, that calculator results suit your circumstances, or that any tool is error-free. Always keep a backup of important files before editing or converting them, and verify results that matter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRITVOX and its founder, contributors and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use KRITVOX — which, for a free service, is zero.

We may add, change, suspend or retire tools and features at any time without notice, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Tools depend on modern browser capabilities; older or restricted browsers may not support every feature.

KRITVOX may display advertising and link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. See our Disclaimer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KRITVOX is operated, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The controlling jurisdiction is stated on request — email support@kritvox.com.

We may revise these terms as KRITVOX grows. The current version always appears on this page with its last updated date, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
