Before you send

  • Try a hard refresh — an older cached version of a tool can cause odd behaviour.
  • Very large files can exhaust your device's memory; try a smaller file to confirm.
  • Please don't attach confidential documents. A description of the problem is enough, and our tools never need your file to reach us.
  • Not a bug but a missing feature? Use Request a Tool instead.
